Welcome to Student Self-Service eHelp Center!

This guide is designed to assist you in using MyCoyote Student Self-Service. The left-side navagation links will guide you through the enrollment process, including searching for classes, adding, dropping and viewing your study list.

Before you begin the journey, please take a moment to explore the Student Self-Service Overview first.

Student Self-Service : Overview

  1. Login to MyCoyote Student Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
  2. MyCoyote Student Self-Service home page appears.
  3. From this page, you can access the Student Center, PAWS, and the Student Self-Service Tutorials.
  4. Select the Student Center link.
  5. MyCoyote Student Center shows your personal and academic information.
  6. The Academics section provides links to view your class schedule and to add/drop classes.
    • Click the My Class Schedule link to view your class schedule for the current quarter.
    • Click the Add a Class link to add classes.
    • Click the Drop a Class link to drop classes.
    • Click the Grades link to view grades.
    • Select your option from the "other academic..." drop-down list to access other information in the Student Center.
  7. The Finances section shows links to view your finance information.
    • Click the View Financial Aid link to view financial aid information.
    • Click the Account Inquiry link to see a summary of your account information.
  8. The Personal Information section shows your basic information.
    • The Emergency Contact link displays your emergency contacts. You can add, remove, or edit your emergency contacts information.
    • Select from the "other personal..." drop-down list to access other personal pages such as Privacy Settings.
