The HR Foundation implementation is on schedule to go-live January 8, 2007. The design and development phase are scheduled from July through early October 2006. System testing will be conducted from October through early December 2006. User training is scheduled to start in early December 2006. The functionality being evaluated includes Workforce Administration, Base Benefits and Payroll Interface.
The MyCoyote self-service website will be available in May of 2006. This website will be utilized by finance departmental end-users. It provides the combination of easier navigation with the similar look & feel as the main campus website.
The Finance Foundation implementation is in progress and on schedule to go-live July 1, 2006. The following functionality will be available to Foundation staff and departmental users: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Asset Management and Grants. End user training is scheduled to begin in June of 2006.
The Student Administration implementation is in progress and applicant processing and recruitment functionality is on schedule to go-live October of 2006. Admissions self-service will be available November of 2006. Training for ASR staff and department coordinators is scheduled to begin July and August of 2006.
Course catalog is on schedule to go-live November of 2006. Schedule of classes is on schedule to go-live November of 2006. College department training is scheduled to begin September of 2006.
Student records and advising is in progress and on schedule: Degree Audit Reporting System processing for Fall 2007 applicants is set for a October 2006 go-live, along with all applicant processing. Registration and Degree Audit Reporting System audits are scheduled for an April-May 2007 go-live.
Student financials is on schedule to go-live April of 2007. Staff training is scheduled for spring of 2007.
Financial Aid is in progress and on schedule: Processing scholarship applications is set for a December 2006 go-live. Processing Financial Aid applications is set for a February 2007 go-live. Processing award notifications is set for an April 2007 go-live. Processing disbursements is set for a September 2007 go-live. Department training is scheduled for November of 2006.
