Please read the following:
If you are accessing MyCoyote for the first time you will need to call the Campus HelpDesk: X77677 to open a ticket requesting access. A ticket will be opened with your
information (Empl ID, Name, Email, Extension, Best time to be contacted). Be prepared to give the HelpDesk your Empl ID Number. Help in obtaining this number can be
given to you by your department AAS/Coordinator.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Completion of #1 and #2, below, is required before your activation code is released. A helpdesk ticket must be opened (ext. 77677) to validate the following steps have been completed.
- Read and complete the Confidentiality & Compliance Form.
If you have previously signed & submitted a Confidentiality & Compliance Form to Human Resources(or Academic Personnel), you DO NOT need to submit a new form.
- Information Security Training Course required for all modules. If you have previously completed this course, (instructor lead or online) you DO NOT need to repeat this course. Click here for more information on how to request CSUSB Information Security Training.
