Welcome to Student Self-Service eHelp Center!
This guide is designed to assist you in using MyCoyote Student Self-Service.
The left-side navagation links will guide you through the enrollment process,
including searching for classes, adding, dropping and viewing your study
list.
Before you begin the journey, please take a moment to explore the Student Self-Service Overview first.
Student Self-Service : Overview
- Login to MyCoyote Student Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
- MyCoyote Student Self-Service home page appears.
- MyCoyote Student Self-Service home page provides helpful information as well as important dates. From this page, you can access the Student Center, PAWS and the Student Self-Service Tutorials.
- Select the Student Center link.
- MyCoyote Student Center page appears. MyCoyote Student Center includes Academics, Finances, Personal Information, and much more.
- The Academics section provides links to view your class schedule and/or to add/drop classes.
- Click the My Class Schedule link to view your class schedule for the current quarter.
- During your enrollment appointment, click the Add a Class link to add classes.
- Prior to the drop deadline, click the Drop a Class link to drop classes.
- Click the Grades link to view grades from all CSUSB quarters.
- By selecting from the "other academic..." drop-down list, you will be able to access other academic pages in the Student Center including your unofficial transcript.
- The Finances section provides links to view your finance information.
- By clicking the View Financial Aid link, you will be able to view your financial aid information.
- By clicking the Account Inquiry link, you will see a summary of your account information, including any outstanding charges.
- The Personal Information section provides basic information about your mailing address, home address, phone number and e-mail address.
- The Emergency Contact link displays information for the people who are listed as your emergency contact. You will also have the ability to add, remove or edit your emergency contacts.
- By selecting from the "other personal..." drop-down list, you will be able to access other personal pages such as your Privacy Settings.
