View My Fees

1. Login MyCoyote using your MyCoyote ID and password
2. Your MyCoyote home page appears
3. Select the Student Center link
4. Your Student Center page appears. From this page,you can view your Bill summary. To view a detailed version click Account Inquiry.
5. This will bring you to a page with a series of tabs. The first tab is your account summary. This will state what is due now and what is due in the future. It will give you a chart that tells:
   1. The term your transaction was completed
   2. Your charges and deposites
   3. Your pending financial aid status
   4. Your total owed to the school.
6. The next tab will be the activities tab.
   1. This chart will give you the posted dates.
   2. Next will be the item column that shows the activity you paid or will pay for.
   3. The term that the activity took place.
   4. The charge for the activity.
   5. Your payment.
   6. Your refund which is explained in the item column.
7. The following tab is the Charges due tab.
   1. This will tell you improtant dates where your charges are due.
   2. It will also how much is due.
   3. The grand total will be last on the chart.
8. The next tab is the Payments tab.
   1. This will give you a payment date.
   2. What type of payment it was paid by.
   3. The amount that was paid.
      1. By clicking on the highlited amount, you can view the full summary of that payment.
9. This completes the Inquiry viewing.
10. Go to the navigation box and click Student Center to return to the student center.
