About MyCoyote eHelp Center
CMS Office coordinates with many departments on campus use MyCoyote
eHelp to accept and track requests for help on a variety of subjects associated
with MyCoyote Online Self-Service. These departments include those computing
support groups within Information Resources and Technology such as IRT HelpDesk,
Administrative Computing Services, Academic Computing & Media, Information Security
Office, and Telecommunications and Network Services to support campus administrative
applications such as PeopleSoft and Oracle Data Warehouse.
