View My Schedule

1. Login to MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
2. MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service home page appears.
3. Click on the Faculty Center link to take you to MyCoyote Faculty Center.
4. In MyCoyote Faculty Center, your current teaching schedule displays. If you would like to view your teaching schedule for a different term, you may select an academic term from the drop down list and then click on the Change button to refresh the academic term.
5. You have three options to view your teaching schedules :
   • View all of the teaching schedules - click on the Show All Classes radio button.
   • View those teaching schedules only with enrollment - click on the Only Classes with Enrollment radio button.
   • View weekly teaching schedules - click on the View My Weekly Schedule radio button.
6. After clicking on the Show All Classes radio button, all of your teaching schedules will be listed in one table. From this table, you may click on the Download icon to download your teaching schedule to an Excel file. In addition, you may click on the Course Section link to view the detailed course information.
7. After clicking on the View My Weekly Schedule radio button, MyCoyote View My Weekly Schedule page appears. From this page, you may view your weekly teaching schedule in a grid format. You may customize your weekly schedule by checking/unchecking the check boxes in the Display Options section.
8. To access other sections,
   • Click on the Advisement tab to go to the Advisement section.
   • Click on the Class Search tab to go to the Class Search section.
