Welcome to Faculty Self-Service eHelp Center!

This guide is designed to assist you in using MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service. The left-side navagation links will guide you through the enrollment process including searching for class schedules and class rosters, and entering student grades.

Before you begin the journey, please take a moment to explore the Faculty Self-Service: Overview first.

Faculty Self-Service : Overview

1. Login to MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
2. MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service home page appears.
3. Click on the Faculty Center link to take you to MyCoyote Faculty Center where you can complete much of your faculty business, such as to view your teaching schedules, class rosters and grade rosters, to enter grades, to post grades, to search for classes and to browse the course catalog.
4. By default, the current academic term is selected; however, you may select a desired academic term from the drop down list.
5. There are three options to view your teaching schedules :
   • Click on the Show all classes radio button to view all of your teaching schedules for the selected academic term.
   • Click on the Only classes with enrollment radio button to view your class schedules only with enrollment for the selected academic term.
   • Click on the View My Weekly Schedule radio button to view your weekly schedules for the selected academic term.
6. In MyCoyote Faculty Center, you may
   • Click on the Course Section link to view the detailed class information.
   • Click on the Download icon to download your teaching schedules to an Excel file.
   • View your class roster by clicking on the Class Roster icon.
   • View your grade roster by clicking on the Grade Roster icon.
7. In the My Favorite Websites section, you may add up six favorite websites that can be accessed from the Faculty Center page. In addition, you may click on the Edit My Favorite Websites button to edit your favorite websites.
8. To access other sections,
   • Click on the Class Search link to search for classes and browse the course catalog.
   • Click on the Advisement link to view advisees' class schedules, enrollment appointments, term grades and unofficial transcripts.
   • Click on the Faculty Center link to return to MyCoyote Faculty Center.
