  1. To activate your MyCoyote Self-Service account, you have to login to CSUSB Identity Management System by using in your new Coyote ID and Password. If you are the first time user, you must use your Activation Code as your Password to login to CSUSB Identity Management System.
  2. CSUSB Identity Management System provides you the following three options to manager your own accounts :
    • Change the Password for your MyCoyote Self-Service Account
    • Setup/Change Answers to Authentication Questions
  3. You may click on the Change the Password for your MyCoyote Self-Service Account link to change your password. In the Change Password page, you may change your password on all resources by clicking on the Change Identity system user and all resource accounts check box. Or you may change your password on individual resources by unselecting the Change Identity system user and all resource accounts check box and selecting one or more resource account IDs check boxes. Then click on the Change Password button.
  4. In the Change Password Results page, the information for both confirmtion and workflow status are displayed. Then click on the OK button to return to the CSUSB Identity Manager Home page.
  5. You may go to the Setup/Change Answers to Authentication Questions page by clicking on the Setup/Change Answers to Authentication Questions link. In the Setup/Change Answers to Authentication Questions page, you may either
    • use the authentication questions provided by the system or
    • personalize your own authentication questions
    When you give your answers to the authentication questions, you have to follow the Answer Policy provide the system, "No two questions can have the same answer". Then click on the Save button to save your answers and return to the CSUSB Identity Home page.
  6. To logout CSUSB Identity Management System, you have to click on the Logout button.
