PAWS Audit Report
- Login to MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
- MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service home page appears.
- Click on the PAWS link to view a student's PAWS report for a prospective major or the currently declared major.
You may find an existing value by entering any information in the text boxes such as ID, Campus ID, National ID, Last Name and First Name.
Click on the Search button to go to the next page.
- Check on the "What If" Flag check box to request a student’s PAWS report for a prospective major.
You may click on the magnifying glass to look up the "What If" Plan list.
On this list, click on the Description link for the desired major.
- Click on the Submit Report button to run a student's PAWS report for the currently declared major or for a prospective major.
After pressing the Submit Report button, you may click on the Results tab to view the student's PAWS report.
- Click on the View Web link to get the student's PAWS report. If the View Web link is unavailable, click on the Refresh button until the View Web link is available.
- The student's PAWS report appears. Click on the Expand All link to view all requirements for the selected student.
- To access other areas,
- Click on the Home link to go back to the MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service home page.
- Click on the eHelp link to go to MyCoyote eHelp Center.
- Click on the Contact link to go to MyCoyote Contact Center.
- Click on the Sign out link to end MyCoyote Faculty Self-Service session.
