This guide is designed to assist you in using MyCoyote Employee Self-Service.
The left-side navagation links will guide you through the self-service process
including absence balance inquiry, updating emergenccy contacts and phone numbers, and how to searching and applying for state employment job.
Before you begin the journey, please take a moment to explore the Employee Self-Service: Overview first.
Employee Self-Service : Overview
- Login to MyCoyote Employee Self-Service using your MyCoyote ID and Password.
- MyCoyote Employee Self-Service home page appears.
- On the Employee Self-Services section, you can view and apply state employment positions.You can also view and modify your current information.
- Click the State Employment link to check the available state employment.
- Click the State Employment link to view the state employment listing.
- In My Profile page, you can edit your current profile.
- In Complete Application page, you can begin and edit your application online.
- In Submit Online Application page, you can finalize your application.
- Click the Emergency Contacts link to view and edit your emergency contacts.
- In the Emergency Contacts page, you can view and change your emergency contacts name, relationship, address, and telephone number.
- Click the Phone Numbers link to view and edit the listing of your phone numbers.
- Click the Home and Mailing Address link to view and edit your home and mailing addresses.
- Click the Email Addresses link to view and edit your email addresses in use.
